Day-wise itinerary

Day 1: Welcome to Jaipur!

Arrive at Jaipur airport or railway station and transfer to your hotel in a private vehicle. Check-in for a 2-night stay. Your adventure in Pink City begins with visits to some of Jaipur’s top attractions, including the iconic Hawa Mahal, the gorgeous City Palace, and the fascinating Jantar Mantar.

Indulge in some retail therapy at Bapu Bazar as it is the best stop for buying some traditional and signature items in Jaipur. Dive into Rajasthan’s rich cultural heritage at the historic Albert Hall Museum, a stunning example of Indo-Saracenic architecture.

Next head to the colourful Patrika Gate, perfect for capturing Instagram-worthy photos and videos. Return to your hotel.

Day 2: Fort hopping in Jaipur

Gear up for a long day of fort hopping. Start with a delicious breakfast at your hotel before meeting your driver in the lobby. Your first destination is Nahargarh Fort, perched on the ridge of the Aravali Hills. As you ascend, be sure to catch glimpses of the Jal Mahal from various viewpoints.

Next, visit the smaller but equally impressive Jaigarh Fort, home to the world’s largest cannon on wheels, the ‘Jaivana Cannon’. Enjoy lunch at Rainbow Restaurant, located near Jal Mahal. Afterward, take a closer look at the Jal Mahal before continuing to Amer Fort.

On your way, stop by Panna Meena ka Kund, a stunning 400-year-old stepwell known for its captivating architecture and intricate staircases that create a maze-like illusion. At Amer Fort, explore its many sections, including the King’s quarters, the zenana (women’s quarters), gardens, and temples, before returning to your hotel for the evening.

Day 3: Jaipur to Udaipur road trip

After breakfast, embark on your road trip to Udaipur. Upon arrival, check into your hotel for a 3-night stay. Take some time to unwind before heading out in the evening to Fateh Sagar Lake to enjoy a beautiful sunset. End your day with dinner at Mewari Thali, then return to your hotel.

Day 4: Udaipur city sightseeing

After a delightful breakfast, make your way to the Maharana Kumbha Sangeet Parishad to experience Rajasthan’s renowned folk dance and puppet show. Enjoy lunch at Chappan Bhog before visiting the stunning Udaipur City Palace, one of India’s most exquisite palaces, set against the picturesque backdrop of the Aravali Hills and overlooking Lake Pichola.

From the palace grounds, take a stroll to the nearby Jagdish Temple, and explore the vibrant market just outside. End the day enjoying a breathtaking sunset with a boat ride on Lake Pichola. Return to your hotel.

Day 5: Day trip to Kumbhalgarh Fort

After savouring a lovely breakfast at your hotel, set off on a day trip to Kumbhalgarh Fort, located about 84 km from Udaipur and often referred to as the ‘Great Wall of India.’ After exploring this historic fort, enjoy lunch at Garh Kumbha Restaurant before heading back to your hotel for some rest. In the evening, visit Saheliyon Ki Bari, also known as the Garden of Maidens. Return to your hotel for the night.

Day 6: Departure

Make the most of your last few hours in the enchanting city of Udaipur. After breakfast, start packing and get ready to check out. A private car will be arranged to take you to the airport or railway station. Head home with a suitcase full of cherished memories.
